Occupational Therapist (Adult Social Care)
Locum Contract
Full time, Monday-Friday
£36p/h
Located in Wokingham
Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Service in Wokingham for a locum contract initially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing complex moving and handling
- Functional assessments
- Completing reablement plans and liaising with care agencies
- Reduced care reviews
- DFG referrals for major adaptations
- Minor works referrals and equipment provision
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong social care experience.
