Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an Operational Delivery Programme Lead on behalf of a public client. The role is to oversee the creation and implementation of an operational programme, which includes workforce training and preparation, staff and service user familiarisation, equipment procurement and provision strategy, and the creation and application of operational policies and procedures, which guarantees the efficient preparation and transfer of services to a new site.
In order to guarantee the implementation of organisational, technical and cultural change, a successful candidate must lead, engage and assist clinical and support services. Throughout the program the successful candidate must always collaborate with clinical leads and other clinical personnel throughout the process.
You will be required to work across all staff groups involving clinical, HR, operational, finance, estates & facilities etc, this will overall support the transition to the new site. You will be assisting the programme director, senior responsible officer, and the divisional and other key stakeholders in managing a timely and safe transition.
What we're looking for:
- Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in a variety of clinical and managerial service sectors within the health and social care sector.
- Proven senior-level management experience in a health and social care context and has been fully accountable for budget and personnel management.
- Have experience and able to demonstrate the implementation of a new service or substantial service reconfiguration.
- Have previous involvement in large capital projects involving new or changing services.
- Management qualification Price2 practitioner MSP Qualified (Managing successful Programmes - OGC) Professional registration is desirable.
