Quality Assurance Business Partner
Full time (37.5 hours per week).
Salary: £44,395.06 DOE per annum
North of England Including Scotland Services.
Spencer Clarke Group are actively searching for a Quality Assurance Business Partner on behalf of one our clients. Within this position you will work closely alongside the Regional Managers providing a pro-active and effective quality assurance service which inevitably drives the services towards exceptional quality.
This will be achieved through oversight, updates and consistent analysis of the services within the specified region for reporting on service compliance. Planned quality review visits, along with ongoing analysis will then identify areas which require quality improvement along with highlighting good practice. From the visits you will be required to create reports which will outline key areas for improvement, collaborate with the service managers in terms of delivering those areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Visit all the designated services to ensure standards are maintained on a schedule to be agreed with the Regional Manager.
- Use the agreed plan to check services in the region, visit sites, review how well services are working, find ways to improve, and share early warnings with the leadership team.
- Follow the agreed approach to regularly review and analyse the quality of all services in your region. Use different methods to spot risks, set shared priorities, and plan how to check the quality of key services in the organisation.
- Visit all assigned services on a schedule agreed with the Regional Manager to make sure standards are being met. After each quality check, provide timely reports showing how well the service is doing and highlight key areas for managers to work on.
What we're looking for:
- Qualification in a quality improvement related field or equivalent skills within another qualification.
- Educated to level 5 NVQ or an equivalent within Health and Social-care related subject.
- Registered Managers Award (Level 4).
- In depth knowledge of statutory requirements for the Care sector, healthcare regulations and guidance.
- Experience of being Registered Care Home Manager with one of the UK regulators (CQC/CIW/CIS).
- Full driving licence and or with the ability to meet the travelling requirements of the post via public transport.
- Willing to visit services including evenings and weekend when agreed
- Willing and able to drive to any of their service users around the UK and stay away overnight when required.
