Are you passionate about early years education and skilled in supporting young learners with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and challenging classroom environment in Blackburn.
The Role
- Provide tailored support to children in an EYFS setting, helping them thrive academically and socially.
- Work closely with the class teacher to implement the national curriculum.
- Support children with SEN, adapting strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment.
Requirements
- A qualification related to working with children in schools (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning).
- Proven experience supporting the national curriculum in an EYFS setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed and overcome challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
