Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse in Manchester, you would be working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide care to enable our patients to fulfil their recovery goals
This role is recruiting for RMN's in CAMHS, PICU, and the DBT unit for personality disorders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting nursing care to the ward and acting as a named nurse for a defined group of patients
- Assessing, planning and delivering, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient needs, choices and wishes.
- Providing accurate information about care in an accessible format to Service Users and their families
- Maintaining good clinical records and team communication
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC pin, registration of RNLD RMN
