Rate: £36,296 to £42,073
Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting for a Night Staff Nurse RMN in Monmouthshire.
You will care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment.
The shifts are 12 hours on a rota basis to include weekends and bank holidays. Shift times would be:
Night Shift = 19:30 > 07:45
Staff will work a set shift pattern, such as:
Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 = Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage risks to patient safety, ensuring the environment is conducive to therapeutic interventions and patient well-being.
- Conduct mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Be prepared to respond effectively in crisis situations, de-escalating challenging behaviours and ensuring the safety of both patients and staff.
- Work closely with a diverse MDT to create and implement individual care plans, ensuring holistic support for patients.
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC pin, registration of RNLD RMN
