SEND Dispute Resolutions Officer
£400 per day - Inside iR35
Initial contract until 31st January 2025, potential for extension.

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced SEND Dispute Resolutions Officer take up an interim contract with our client, a local authority in Southeast London.
We're looking for someone with strong dispute resolutions experience, ideally at Senior officer level.
Candidates with experience in Tribunals, Mediation's & appeals would also be an ideal fit for this position.
Your responsibilities include:
- Representing the local authority at mediation
- Holding a caseload of contents only, refusal to assess, and refusal to issue.
