Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only
Pay: Dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities:
✔- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
✔- Incorporate sports/P.E. activities to support engagement and well-being
✔- Manage classroom behaviour and provide a nurturing learning environment
✔- Differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
✔- Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEMH or SEND students
- A passion for using sports as a tool for engagement and learning
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
