Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to a pupil with autism, ensuring their academic and social needs are met.
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the pupil's emotional well-being.
• Encourage and support the pupil's participation in school activities and social interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.
• A strong understanding of autism and its impact on learning and behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach.
• A commitment to providing high-quality support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
