SEND Team Manager
Salary: £400 per day – Negotiable depending on experience
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with a view to being extended
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday.
Hyrbid working – 1 day in the office, 4 days remote.
Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority in the Midlands to support with the appointment of a SEND Team Manager.
As a SEND Team Manager, your role will be the manage a locality team of SEND Case officers to ensure timeliness and drive performance within the team.
What qualifications / experience do I need?
- It’s essential for you to have experience working as a SEND Team Manager within a local authority setting.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has managed a team of SEND case officers previously.
