Senior Finance Business Partner – Fully Remote

Day Rate: £560 - £700

Contract: Initial 6 month contract with a view to being extended

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday.

Our client are a local authority in Staffordshire looking to recruit aSenior Finance Business Partner. Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership to aid in the recruitment process.

Role Brief:

The role consists of covering corporate landlord & property services, developing relationship with service and tidying up budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting strategy of delivering savings and create efficiencies in property management. Aligning finance and service data sets.
2. Developing an accurate and timely reporting process for the service.

What we’re looking for:

• Requires significant experience dealing with the Property/Landlord Service
• Delivering significant change, bring the service team on board with budget management
• ensure our data is accurate and can be analysed as required.
• Local Authority Experience in a similar role.
