Substance Misuse Recovery Worker
Location: Slough
Working arrangements: 3-month contract+
£23
Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for their team
This 3-month contract will involve community outreach so you must be able to travel around Slough area
Role Responsibilities:
- Effective case management of service users with substance use issues;
- Formulate, monitor and review risk assessments and risk management plans that effectively safeguard and protect service users and families/carers from harm.
- Consistent, timely and accurate collection, recording and reporting of data and information relating to a client treatment journey
- Providing prescription to service users where these are not posted to pharmacies
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience within Substance Misuse
- Full UK driving license
