Partner Designate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner Designate to join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Finchley, North London.

The firm are very well-established and have been established for over 30 years. They are an award winning, full service, boutique, commercial accounting firm. They are a forward thinking and pro-active firm, who are committed to adding value to their clients.

This firm has enjoyed phenomenal growth, largely from referrals by existing clients and this is the reason they are looking to bring a Partner Designate into the organisation.

They are looking for an individual who is personable and has excellent communication skills, along with the technical knowledge and understanding, and someone who aspires to become a Partner in the next 12-24 months.

As a Partner Designate you will be working closely with the existing Partners and building on client relationships. You will take on the responsibility of managing your own client portfolio, as well as assisting the firm in the development of future business and drive success.

Essential Skills

• 5 years (Minimum) Chartered Accountancy Practice experience (In a UK Practice)
• 3 years PQE experience (ACCA / ACA)
• Rounded practice exposure
• Technical knowledge and understanding
• Experience of managing your own client portfolio at a senior manager level
• The ability of generating new business
• Assisting the firm in the development of future business
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership & management skills
• Aspirations to become a Partner in 12-24 months

What’s on offer

• Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 DOE
• Benefits: 5 days office based role
• Contract type: Full Time (Permanent)
• Hours: Monday - Friday (Must be flexible with working hours)
