Hi, I’m Kaylah!

After finishing college with three A levels, I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2021. I made a risky decision to not go to University but I definitely made the right decision because I have found my passion in recruitment.

I specialise in recruiting Occupational Therapists nationwide and Temporary and Interim Appointments in the Public Sector (NHS Trusts). Even though it’s an extremely fast paced industry, I thrive off the challenge and I love what each day brings!

It’s a great feeling to help different Trusts up and down the country with their staffing needs because you know it makes a huge difference to so many people's lives.

I love working at Spencer Clarke Group, the company culture is amazing and it's clear that they value their employees. I am excited to be a part of Spencer Clarke Group’s growth and development in the future.

Outside of work, I enjoy going out with friends and family in the local bars/restaurants. I also have two small dogs who I love taking on adventurous walks.
