Hi, I’m Annabelle!

I’m the Compliance & Business Support Manager at Spencer Clarke Group, a role that offers me lots of variety and the opportunity to work directly with our team and candidates.  

I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2019 and it was the thriving office that encouraged me to apply for a role here. It’s safe to say I wasn’t disappointed, every day is an absolute pleasure and I love witnessing everyone go from strength to strength, playing an integral role in the overall success of the company. 

Day to day you’ll find me working on internal processes and supporting our senior managers to ensure that our culture and services are upheld. I’m also proud to oversee the compliance division alongside Anna Cochrane. Our team was recently awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards! 

In my spare time, I enjoy channelling my inner Mary Berry (everyone loves a good cake). I am also very fortunate to regularly travel to the UAE to visit family and most excitingly, I recently became a Mum to my gorgeous baby boy. He is definitely my greatest achievement.
