Formed in 2017, we’re an energetic, ambitious and forward thinking recruitment agency based in the heart of the North West.

SCG STORY
How We Came to Be.
Back in 2017, Managing Director, Mike Shorrock took a leap of faith and opened the Spencer Clarke Group doors for the very first time.
With an extensive background in recruitment and business, there were mighty but achievable ambitions to become a leading employer in the North West and a recruitment agency of choice within the public and private sector.
From little acorns, mighty oaks grow and over the years, we’ve moved into three different office spaces to accommodate the phenomenal growth we’ve experienced.
In 2024, we were named Recruitment Agency of the Year at the Recruiter Awards, an achievement we are incredibly proud of.
