Hi, I’m Emma!

I specialise in school facilities recruitment, working alongside primary, secondary and SEND schools across the UK.

I recruit for roles outside of the classroom, such as Caretakers, Cooks and Administrators. People in these positions play an integral role in the smooth operation of a school and it's a pleasure building relationships with those who maintain safe and happy school environments. 

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant before progressing to my Primary Teacher training.

After completing a three-year course and qualifying as a Teacher, I decided to go into primary recruitment. I loved the fast-paced work environment and communicating with schools whilst providing a high quality service.

After leaving this position, I started my role as a school facilities Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group and I am very proud to have progressed to Managing Consultant. I always aim to develop my relationships with clients and candidates in order to successfully assist them with their recruitment requirements.

Since joining the team at Spencer Clarke Group, I’ve been crowned Employee of the Month multiple times and in 2025 we were thrilled to be named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. I’m also very lucky to have attended lots of fantastic networking events and job fairs - a part of my job I absolutely love.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family and going on as many weekends away as possible!
