Hi, I’m Dane!
I specialise in interim and executive appointments for local authority SEND services, working closely with councils throughout the North of England and the Midlands. I work alongside professionals including SEND Caseworkers, SEND Tribunal Officers, EHC Plan Writers and SEND Team Managers.
Before joining the world of recruitment, I was a footballer and a football coach in the US for a short time. I also worked in the fashion and hospitality industries - all positions which enhanced my love for a people-centred career.
Working across the public sector is extremely rewarding. The nature of interim work means the market is fast-paced but I thrive in this environment. Knowing I have helped a local authority enhance their statutory provision gives me great job satisfaction, not only because I have assisted a client's recruitment needs, but because the work SEND professionals do to support young people is so vital.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, eating out, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
