Hi, I'm Destiny!

I began working in recruitment in 2022. I gained experience in compliance, resourcing and consultant positions and thoroughly enjoyed it all. I have primarily worked with SEND schools, creating many great relationships along the way. 

I'm now working within the compliance team at Spencer Clarke Group, ensuring education professionals are fully compliant before they join a school! 

I studied Teaching and Education at university and this gave me a real insight into what it takes to succeed in a school. It’s an honour to support teaching professionals, who make such a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. 

I’m always eager to develop my experience and knowledge and I love being part of a diverse and fun team. In 2025 we were over the moon to be named Highly Commended in Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards.

Outside of work I love spending time with my children. I enjoy going on family outings and seeing my babies experience new things for the first time. If I’m ever away from my children, then you'll no doubt find me in a karaoke bar!
