Hi, I’m Georgia!

I’m a Senior Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in education recruitment for primary and SEND schools across the North East. I work closely with education settings to understand their staffing needs and support candidates in finding roles that align with their skills, experience and career goals.

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as an Office Manager within a Pupil Referral Unit where I gained extensive experience supporting children in a highly challenging, fast-paced environment.

This hands-on experience in a specialist education setting gave me a good understanding of SEND provision, as well as the wider challenges schools face when supporting vulnerable learners. It also helped me develop strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, which are definitely needed in recruitment. 

Following this, I joined an agency to specialise in education recruitment for SEND schools. This experience allowed me to build a strong foundation in recruitment and develop a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs within a school. 

I’m now thrilled to be at Spencer Clarke Group, it’s a place I know my experience can be put to great use and I’m so proud to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to help all kinds of education settings. 

My goal is to continue developing long-term relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business. In 2025 we were named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards, a great reflection of a hard working team. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as with my dog, Barney!
