Hi, I’m Georgia.

I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in primary education recruitment. I recruit Teachers and support staff for primary schools across Chorley, South Ribble and West Blackburn on a daily, temporary, temp-perm and permanent basis.

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as an administrator before progressing into special educational needs recruitment. This gave me valuable experience working closely with both educators and schools to understand their individual needs.

I really enjoy the fast-paced nature of recruitment where no two days are the same. For me, the most rewarding part of the role is building strong relationships with candidates and helping them secure roles where they can thrive. It’s especially fulfilling to visit schools and see candidates I’ve placed progressing and making a real difference.

At Spencer Clarke Group, I’m focused on expanding my skill set and continuing to build strong relationships with schools and candidates alike.

When I'm not busy recruiting, I love going to the gym, hiking and reading.
