Hi, I’m Grace!

I work on the compliance team here at Spencer Clarke Group, working alongside our public sector recruitment specialists. It’s my responsibility to ensure that candidates have completed all the necessary checks before they begin a new contract. 

My journey within recruitment started in 2017 and a few years later I joined Spencer Clarke Group. I was one of the first employees to join the company and I had faith from the start that it was going to be a huge success. 

Since joining I have gained invaluable experience and knowledge which has allowed me to improve my skills within my role and helped shape my career.

I have had the joy of watching the company grow an unbelievable amount and take on some amazing staff members.

There has been lots to celebrate over the years but a big highlight for me was when our compliance team were awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the 2025 Recruiter Awards. 

Outside of work, I enjoy a fun day out with friends, family, and especially my son. I also love a nice weekend hike with my furry spaniel Lola, who regularly joins me at work!
