Jacob Leach

Hi, I’m Jacob. 

I’m a Managing Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in both mainstream and SEND tuition recruitment across Liverpool and Derbyshire. 

I started my career as a Teacher in a primary school where I taught Year 1 and 2 for four years. I then decided to step into the world of education recruitment at a different agency. In this role, I supported local authorities and schools by providing Tutors for young people not in mainstream education. Following this, I joined Spencer Clarke Group as a Managing Consultant, overseeing the tutor division. 

I enjoy building strong rapports and having great conversations with educators, local authorities and schools. I am passionate about supporting young people and I believe that by recruiting high quality Tutors, I can make a positive impact in their lives. 

At Spencer Clarke Group, I lead the tuition division, with a strong focus on expanding our network of Tutors and strengthening our client base. Alongside this, I support my team with client development to help drive continued growth across the division.

My aim is to continue establishing a highly respected and trusted tuition division at Spencer Clarke Group, building strong relationships with clients and being the go-to provider within the sector.

Outside of work I love to play and watch football, go for nice walks and go to the cinema with my partner.
