Hi, I’m Josh!
I specialise in daily cover, temporary and permanent positions, helping SEND schools, alternative provisions and PRUs across Greater Manchester with their recruitment needs. I typically recruit SEND Teachers and SEND Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND and SEMH challenges. It’s an extremely rewarding job.
I have worked in education recruitment since 2016 and began my role as Lead Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group in 2024. The company culture really stood out to me and I knew it would be a setting where I could develop my expertise and build strong relationships.
In 2025 we were named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. This was an amazing achievement for us and testament to the hardworking, compassionate and dedicated team who go above and beyond to support schools across the UK. The fact we get to play just a small part in helping children and young people meet their educational goals is really special.
I always throw myself into my work and contributing ideas and solutions within the workplace is really important to me. I want to take the pressure of hiring away from those who are already juggling such an important role. I’m proud to have built a positive rapport with SEND schools across Greater Manchester.
In my spare time you'll find me at the gym, playing golf and looking after my young son.
