Hi, I’m Kimara!

Before beginning my career at Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as a Nursery Assistant at a local nursery. After deciding this wasn’t the career for me, I joined a pharmacy where I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for nine and a half years. 

After developing my customer service skills, I decided it was time for a change and I applied for a job at Spencer Clarke Group. It’s safe to say I'm so happy I took the leap of faith! 

Within my role, I’m responsible for ensuring that candidates are fully cleared and that there are no compliance issues before they begin their new job at a school. This is particularly important in the education sector as we must help schools uphold important safeguarding measures. It’s doing so that earnt us our APSCo+ accreditation and Highly Commended in Most Effective Compliance Operation at the 2025 Recruiter Awards! 

I love the office environment here and everyone comes to work with a positive attitude which helps to make Spencer Clarke Group a really happy place to work.

I hope to continuously grow and develop my skills and knowledge here, it’s definitely a company where professional development is encouraged and celebrated.

In my spare time, I love to go on long walks with my dog and husband.
