Hi, I’m Maisie!
I joined Spencer Clarke Group in September 2024 and I recruit for secondary schools across Liverpool and the Wirral. I work alongside Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors and schools who are looking to fill daily cover, temporary and permanent positions.
Before beginning my career at Spencer Clarke Group, I worked at a recruitment firm specialising in Location Planning and Geographic Information System. It was at this firm that I learnt the transferable skills needed to recruit within the Education and SEND sector.
I love working within education recruitment because of the fast-paced nature of the sector. I also enjoy working within a team and speaking to new people every day. The conversations I have with candidates and clients are super important as they give me a great head start for matching people and schools who will thrive together.
I’m always open to learning and progressing within the company. We’re so lucky that there is always the opportunity to develop new skills and we use a lot of useful tools to streamline our recruitment services. In 2025, we were over the moon to be crowned Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards.
Outside of work I love going on walks in the Lake District with family and friends and our dogs!
