Hi, I’m Natalie!

I specialise in temporary and permanent appointments across the public sector and private sector. I typically recruit for roles within healthcare and neurodiversity, such as Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists and Paediatricians.

After working in a Pupil Referral Unit, with children aged 4-11, who had been excluded or were at risk of being excluded from school, I began to realise the importance of Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists and everyone working within the health and social care system.

I subsequently started my journey into recruitment working within private healthcare. Following on from this, I joined Spencer Clarke Group and I haven’t looked back since.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to two young girls who love being outside, so we regularly go for walks and weekends away. I also enjoy going out for food with family and friends!
