Nicole Brownrigg

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m an Associate Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in property recruitment nationwide. I support the recruitment process by managing job vacancies, advertising roles, sourcing suitable candidates and developing strong relationships with professionals across the property sector. I regularly speak with candidates who are seeking their next role, making sure they receive the best possible service from start to finish.

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked in a variety of people-focused roles that helped me build strong communication skills.

I started in hairdressing, where I enjoyed helping clients feel confident and comfortable in themselves. I then moved into a role supporting elderly patients with appointment bookings and arranging transport, which strengthened my organisational skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Following this, I joined Spencer Clarke Group and from day one have always felt incredibly welcomed and supported. I really enjoy being part of such a driven and motivated team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, going out for food and drinks and relaxing at the weekend.
