Hi, I’m Siobhan!
I’m a Senior Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in SEND education recruitment. I recruit teaching and support staff for primary and SEND schools across the Midlands and Warwickshire on a daily, temporary, temp-perm and permanent basis.
Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked in education recruitment for over seven years, supporting primary and SEND schools across the Midlands. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of the sector, helped many schools organise last-minute cover and built solid relationships with both schools and candidates.
I love helping people from all backgrounds start a career in education or find a role where they can thrive and put their training to good use. Playing just a small part in influencing educational outcomes for mainstream and SEND students is something I’m extremely grateful for and it’s why I love education recruitment.
At Spencer Clarke Group, I will continue creating successful partnerships with schools and build on our existing reputation as an established, trusted supplier. I’m very proud to work for the company that was named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards.
Outside of work, I enjoy weekend getaways and long walks with my two French Bulldogs, who definitely keep me busy!
