Hi, I’m Taylor!
I specialise in temporary appointments within the public sector. I work across housing and executive support throughout the UK, typically recruiting for roles such as Assessment Officers, Housing Advisors and Housing Officers.
I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2021 and after beginning my career on the compliance team, I honed my skills in recruitment and haven’t looked back since. Recruitment is a fast paced industry but as my colleagues describe me as energetic and hard working, it’s an industry in which I thrive.
The best part of the job is connecting candidates to a career opportunity which they never dreamed of and I love being a part of that journey. I’m very sociable so the conversations I have with candidates and clients are really important to me.
The more I learn about a candidate's goals or a client's needs, the better position I’m in to deliver a great outcome for all. Playing my part in helping a local authority deliver on their housing goals is very rewarding.
In 2025, we were really proud to be named Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. It was a really special moment for our team and one we’ll be proud of for a long time to come.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. I have ridden horses since the age of 4 and still enjoy getting on board when I can.
