“We have been using Spencer Clarke Group for more than 5 years and I inherited them as a provider after my predecessor had initiated a relationship with them.

We were faced with an increasing pupil population, particularly with 1:1 pupils needing specialist SEN support and lengthy onboarding processes delaying the starting dates of permanent staff. Staff changes were causing inconsistency but Spencer Clarke Group supported our need for consistency and took on our feedback for the best fit for our pupils.
