We are currently looking for a Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant to work within schools, supporting pupils who may require additional support with their behaviour, emotional wellbeing and learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient and confident in building positive relationships with children and young people.
The Role
As a Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to provide individual and small-group support.

Previous experience within education, SEND, SEMH, youth work, care, mentoring or behaviour support would be highly beneficial. We are also happy to consider candidates with strong transferable experience.
