* Owning project budgets and spend profiles, approving payments, managing variations through change control, and supporting final accounts with the Quantity Surveyor
* Taking the lead on CDM client responsibilities and actively managing project and site risks
* Coordinating a multi-disciplinary team including QS, Clerk of Works, resident liaison, technical support, design and external consultants
* Leading resident and stakeholder engagement, including consultations, leaseholder Section 20 requirements, and responding to member and information requests

* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing contractors and consultants
* Comfortable engaging with residents and stakeholders and handling complex queries clearly and professionally
* Good working knowledge of building regulations, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively
