Childrens residential manager - East Midlands

£350 per day

3-6 months with the view of extension

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Children's Residential Home Manager to lead a residential home and ensure children and young people receive high-quality care, support and guidance in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant experience in children's residential care
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and residential childcare regulations
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a staff team

Duties include:

• Lead the day-to-day management and smooth running of the home
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements, relevant legislation and Children's Homes Regulations
• Promote children's safety, welfare, emotional wellbeing and personal development
• Ensure care plans, statutory reviews and pathway plans are completed and followed
