Cloud Engineer

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Cloud Engineer on a Contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and cloud security to support critical infrastructure and identity management initiatives.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £400 per day - negotiable based on experience (please submit your CV with the rate you require)

• Monday - Friday

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune to deliver secure endpoint management across Windows devices

• Configure, maintain and optimise Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle management, Conditional Access and authentication policies

• Lead on identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, ensuring secure access controls and governance

• Implement and maintain cloud security controls aligned to Microsoft security best practice

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management

• Local Authority experience is essential
