Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Family Help Practitioner for a local authority in North London.
In this role, you will support families facing homelessness through assessments, CIN visits and coordinated family support.
Duties:
- Complete Family Help Assessments to identify family needs and risks.
- Carry out Child in Need (CIN) visits and develop support plans.
- Support families experiencing homelessness, including those with NRPF.
- Coordinate multi-agency support and monitor family progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience supporting children, young people and families facing complex challenges.
- Experience completing family assessments and CIN visits.
- Experience supporting families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
- Experience working with multi-agency professionals to coordinate family support plans.
What's on offer:
Salary: £29ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
