My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Mosaic Systems Training Specialist on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between the social care workforce and technology teams, helping frontline staff and managers build confidence, capability and proficiency in the organisation's systems, particularly Mosaic case management and associated reporting tools.

- Salary: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Provide specialist training and support to users of Mosaic case management and associated systems
- Develop users' confidence, competence and understanding of systems and associated processes
- Conduct training needs analysis across different user groups and levels of technical proficiency
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including workshops and role-specific learning
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Substantial experience in systems training, application training or learning and development
- Strong hands-on experience with Mosaic case management
- Local Authority experience is essential
