My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Mosaic Trainer on a Contract basis.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality training that enables Children's Services staff to confidently adopt new Mosaic functionality, workflows and recording practices. Working closely with Programme Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operational teams and technical specialists.

- Salary: £420 per day Outside IR35

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Design, develop and deliver engaging Mosaic system training to Children's Services staff across a range of service areas
- Produce high-quality training materials including user guides, quick reference documents, presentations, process maps and e-learning resources
- Carry out training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and tailor learning programmes accordingly
- Work closely with Programme Managers, SMEs and operational leads to ensure training aligns with new business processes
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong practical knowledge of Mosaic or a comparable social care case management system
- Experience developing engaging training materials for both classroom and digital learning environments
- Local Authority experience is essential
