Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority in North London.
In this role, you will deliver a neighbourhood management service, manage complex housing cases, support vulnerable residents.
Duties:
- Manage tenancy issues, investigate breaches and support residents to sustain their tenancies.
- Manage complex cases involving safeguarding, vulnerability, anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes.
- Conduct estate inspections, identify health and safety issues, raise repairs and monitor completion.
- Engage with residents, community groups and partner agencies to resolve issues and improve neighbourhoods.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in tenancy and leasehold management within a social housing environment.
- Proven experience managing complex housing cases and supporting vulnerable residents.
- Experience in estate inspections, anti-social behaviour management and tenancy sustainment.
- Experience in resident engagement, community development and multi-agency partnership working.
What's on offer:
Salary: £27ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
