Pay Rate: £140 - £240 per day

Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers to work within primary schools across Darwen and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment while helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Differentiating lessons to meet individual pupil needs
• Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Reliable and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one
