My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Revenues Manager on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the effective delivery of Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District (BID) levy billing, collection and recovery, ensuring the service maximises income while delivering fair, lawful and customer-focused outcomes.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £400 per day (Inside IR35)
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the strategic and operational delivery of Council Tax, Business Rates and BID levy billing, collection and recovery
- Maximise council income while maintaining robust financial controls and appropriate recovery practices
- Oversee discretionary relief policies, recovery processes and court cost calculations
- Ensure services are delivered fairly and appropriately, with consideration for vulnerability and customer needs
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience managing Council Tax and Business Rates within a local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of local taxation legislation, regulations, case law and recovery procedures
- Local Authority experience is essential
