School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion)

I'm looking for a School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion) to join a Local Authority in the North West.

• £500 per day - Inside IR35
• North West
• Local Authority
• Interim contract

The role will lead strategic school improvement, standards and inclusion, working closely with Headteachers, school leaders and wider Local Authority services.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing support and challenge to school leaders
• Leading school improvement activity
• Driving educational standards and outcomes
• Strategic leadership across inclusion and education
• Analysing educational performance data
• Leading and managing a School Effectiveness team
• Supporting leadership, SENCO and curriculum development
• Overseeing Alternative Provision and wider inclusion initiatives

(Previous senior school leadership and/or Local Authority school improvement experience is essential.)
