Social Care & SEND Transformation Business Analyst

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Social Care & SEND Transformation Business Analyst on a Contract basis.

The role will provide dedicated business analysis capacity for the Fit for the Future programme, supporting the delivery of a benefits-led transformation programme across Adult Social Care and Children's Services.

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid):

• Translate programme activity into measurable benefits, support robust baseline development, maintain benefits tracking information, produce performance and analytical reporting.
• Develop, maintain and update programme benefits tracking tools, ensuring that benefits have clear baselines, target trajectories, owners, reporting measures and evidence requirements.
• Work with workstream leads across Independent Future, Sustainable Future and Secure Future to translate delivery plans into measurable outputs, outcomes and benefits.
• Produce clear analytical products for programme governance, including dashboards, highlight reports, benefits reports, exception analysis and trend summaries.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Significant experience in transformation business analysis and benefits realisation / tracking.
• Excellent Power BI Dashboard development skills.
• Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.
• Demonstrable experience of data quality, handling and translation into clear, concise dashboards, fit for leadership meetings and briefings.
