• £15.07 per hour PAYE
• 3-6 month contract - Highly likely to be extended

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Support Worker to join the Supported Lodgings Team of our Local Authority client in Wales. In this rewarding role, you will provide ongoing support, advice and guidance to approved When I'm Ready carers and Supported Lodgings providers, helping them to provide positive, stable and supportive placements for young people

You will:

• Hold a caseload of approved When I'm Ready carers and Supported Lodgings providers, providing regular support, advice, guidance and monitoring
• Have experience of working with young people and/or supporting adults
• Be enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated, with a positive and solution-focused approach
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with carers, providers, young people and professionals.
• Be able to identify support needs, offer practical guidance and respond appropriately to challenges
• Be organised and able to manage your own workload and competing priorities
• Be flexible and adaptable, recognising that the needs of carers, providers and young people can vary
