Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a specialist SEND/SEMH school in the NE6 area.

We're looking for caring, resilient and reliable candidates who have experience working with children or young people. Previous experience in education, SEND, SEMH, care, residential support or similar settings is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• 1:1 and small-group pupil support

• Supporting learning and engagement

• Supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs

• Positive behaviour management and de-escalation

• Working alongside teachers and support staff

• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Application Requirements
