Unqualified Teacher

We're currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers/Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, supporting schools with day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates and aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure pupils remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation.
• Follow school policies and work closely with teaching and support staff.

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable).
• Graduates considering a career in teaching.
• Confident individuals with strong communication and behaviour management skills.
