SEN Teaching Assistant - Leyland
We are seeking a committed and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Leyland, helping pupils with special educational needs reach their full potential.

• Location: Leyland
• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 - 15:30
• From £110 per day

About the role:
You will support children on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a structured and nurturing classroom environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure every child receives the support they need.
We welcome applicants with experience in:
Care work, security, military, nursing, police, or other challenging and high-responsibility environments. Experience working in schools would also be highly advantageous.
You'll need:

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
