Pay: £110 per day
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, term time
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants for primary schools in Skelmersdale. No qualification and no previous school experience required. If you are local, reliable and good with children, the schools will take it from there.
What you would be doing

• Supporting individual pupils and small groups in lessons
• Helping with reading, number work and practical activities
• Keeping the classroom organised and resources ready
• Supervising at break and lunch
• Encouraging pupils who find it hard to get started

What matters more than a qualification

• Turning up on time, every day
• Staying calm when a child is not
• Taking direction from the class teacher without taking it personally
• Any background with children, from nursery and childminding to coaching and scouts
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
