Hi, I'm Brad!

I specialise in temporary appointments within the public sector. I recruit for roles within accountancy and finance, working alongside local authorities up and down the UK. I typically recruit for positions including Finance Business Partners, Accountants and Internal Audit roles.

After working in hospitality for over a decade, I decided to take a leap of faith and enter the world of recruitment. I joined Spencer Clarke Group in 2024 and have never been happier with a career move. There’s actually a lot of transferable skills between hospitality and recruitment - effective communication and a personable manner are essential in both! 

I love working in recruitment because every day offers a new opportunity to learn and at Spencer Clarke Group, the career opportunities are second to none. Since joining I’m proud to have won Employee of the Month and to have seen the company named Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards.

Working alongside interim professionals is great. Seeing someone take on a new contract to make a positive difference within a local authority service is very rewarding. Knowing I played a small part in this happening is why I love recruitment so much. 

I love music, so in my spare time I enjoy DJing as well as playing golf, padel and practising yoga!
