Hi, I’m Jamie!

I’m the Regional Director of Spencer Clarke Group’s education team - a title I’m very proud of. I work with SEND schools throughout Lancashire, helping them recruit dedicated staff to work alongside children with additional learning difficulties and SEMH. 

I’ve worked in education recruitment since 2014, specialising in helping schools to recruit everything from Teaching Assistants all the way up to Headteachers.

For over 10 years, I have specialised in SEND, working with SEND and mainstream schools who cater to the 1:1 needs of their students. I’m really honoured to have worked with some fantastic clients due to the amazing service which they offer their students.

I have helped countless staff into temporary roles and many of them have gone on to work at a school permanently. It still gives me that buzz - even 10 years down the line - of finding someone their dream role. It’s one of the best parts of the job!

It’s our dedication and expertise that helped us win Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards. Alongside this, I’m particularly proud to have led the education team to being crowned Team of the Year (2023) and to have been named Manager of the Year (2024) in our End of Year company awards.

Outside of work, I love to travel and I take every opportunity to get out of the country. I'm slowly working my way around all the European cities. I also love spending time with my dog, Izzy, who often joins me at work.
